Lucia Fielding

Lucia is a Partner in our Commercial Department specialising in residential & commercial property transactions and commercial advices.

She has extensive experience in banking, restructuring & recovery and commercial transactions. As part of our Receiverships and Liquidations Team, Lucia also acts for a large number of Receivers and Liquidators in relation to recovery and disposal strategies.

Lucia brings her signature dedication and sound common sense to her work. Her reputation and expertise are such that she is formally recognised as an Expert Witness in Court proceedings on matters of Conveyancing Law.

A native of Waterford, she received her B.C.L. Degree from UCC in 1977. She subsequently joined the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 1980.

She holds a Diploma in Property Tax and also a Diploma in Notarial Law and Practice (Dip.Not.L).
